Located in Fishers, IN, this position offers an exciting opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists to work in a dynamic K-12 environment. The role involves serving a diverse student population with varying speech and language needs, and there are multiple openings available across different age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings across various educational levels.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid Indiana State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for provisional licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
