Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings across various educational levels.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Indiana State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for provisional licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
