About the Role:

• Full-time, on-site opportunity for the 20242025 school year

• Serve students across elementary, middle, and high school levels

• Work closely with educators, therapists, and families to support student goals

Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments and design individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities

• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting

• Track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulations

• Advocate for student needs within the school community

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia

• Experience in educational or pediatric therapy preferred

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
