Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school district near Kent in Renton, WA for the next school year. This position requires an active WA OT license and ESA certification to provide direct student services that improve functional outcomes in the educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with students IEP goals

• Perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and track progress

• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to enhance student participation

• Attend IEP meetings and provide input on accommodations and strategies

• Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapy license (mandatory)

• ESA credential required for school employment

• Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
