Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will work with patients in their home who are recovering from an illness, surgery, accident or other trauma. Furthermore, the Physical Therapist will focus on working with patients requiring extra physical help recovering, including patients that have other mobility issues. The Physical Therapist consults with the patient to learn about their current condition and then works to develop a treatment plan. The Physical Therapist's goal is to alleviate or relieve pain while improving mobility for the patient. The Physical Therapist also focuses on creating patient-specific fitness programs once determining the root cause of the trauma and counsels the patient on exactly what it will take to fix or make the injury more manageable.
