Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Staff Occupational Therapist - Outpatient/Clinic Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS REQUIRED - Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) - Bachelors in (OT), Masters in OT (MOT), Doctorate in OT (OTD) - National Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association or eligible for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association. - Registration with state in which practicing - Requires state issued driver&s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law - A minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly is required.
