What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document services accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care and goals Educate residents, families, and staff as needed What We're Looking For: Active California SLP license Skilled nursing or post-acute experience a plus Strong communication and clinical skills Flexible, reliable, and team-focused Why Midtown Oaks?
