Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our virtual therapy team, serving approximately 42-52 students across diverse grade levels from kindergarten through eighth grade. This 37-hour weekly position emphasizes individualized intervention delivery through our sophisticated online platform. The role requires creative adaptation of evidence-based practices for virtual environments while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and student engagement.
Primary Duties- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments utilizing virtual evaluation protocols
- Develop comprehensive intervention plans targeting specific IEP objectives and student needs
- Provide direct therapy services through interactive virtual sessions with engaging digital materials
- Collaborate closely with educational teams, families, and related service providers
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and data collection systems
- Attend IEP meetings and provide professional input on student goals and services
- Consult with teachers on classroom communication strategies and environmental modifications
- Participate in ongoing professional development and virtual service delivery training

Required Credentials- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from regionally accredited institution
