We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our virtual therapy team, serving approximately 42-52 students across diverse grade levels from kindergarten through eighth grade. This 37-hour weekly position emphasizes individualized intervention delivery through our sophisticated online platform. The role requires creative adaptation of evidence-based practices for virtual environments while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and student engagement.

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments utilizing virtual evaluation protocols
• Develop comprehensive intervention plans targeting specific IEP objectives and student needs
• Provide direct therapy services through interactive virtual sessions with engaging digital materials
• Collaborate closely with educational teams, families, and related service providers
• Maintain detailed progress documentation and data collection systems
• Attend IEP meetings and provide professional input on student goals and services
• Consult with teachers on classroom communication strategies and environmental modifications
• Participate in ongoing professional development and virtual service delivery training

The student population includes individuals with articulation challenges, language processing difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, and developmental delays affecting communication. • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from regionally accredited institution
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology
• Current New Jersey state licensure for Speech Language Pathology practice
