New OT (Occupational Therapist) Opportunity in Swampscott, MA

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a supportive K12 school environment near Swampscott, MA. This full-time, on-site role presents a meaningful opportunity to support students with physical, developmental, and sensory challengesempowering them to succeed both academically and socially.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)

• Student Population: Kindergarten through 12th grade

• Location: On-site, near Swampscott, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct standardized and functional assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy to enhance students' independence, classroom engagement, and overall skill development

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in line with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts (required)

• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
