Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Near Melvindale, MI

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a welcoming school district near Melvindale, Michigan . This is a great opportunity to work closely with K12 students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals

• Deliver direct speech-language services in both one-on-one and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support each student's communication goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations and goal planning

• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

• Active Michigan SLP license through the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply

• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
