As a School Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing essential therapy services within the school setting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address students' motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, and overall physical development
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the school team to ensure a holistic approach to student care
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, to discuss students' goals, progress, and therapy recommendations
- Provide guidance and training to teachers and other school staff on strategies to support students' physical development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, assessments, and other required documentation

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with children and adolescents (preferably in a school or pediatric setting) preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
