About the Role:
A school district in Palos Park, IL is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their student services team. This full-time, on-site role involves working with K12 students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders that impact academic performance and social development.

Youll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to help students build essential communication skills and thrive in the classroom.

• Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to individual IEP goals

• Complete evaluations and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student needs

• Partner with general and special education staff to implement strategies across settings

• Maintain accurate records of services provided and student outcomes

• Serve as a communication resource for parents, staff, and administrators

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Hold a valid Illinois PEL with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement

• ASHA CCC preferred

• Strong understanding of IDEA compliance and school-based service models

• Comfortable managing a diverse K12 caseload

• Location: Palos Park, IL

• Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time hours
