What You'll Do

As our Occupational Therapist, you will:

Assess students' fine/gross motor, sensory, and functional skills in educational settings

Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with IEP teams

Support students in accessing the curriculum through adaptive strategies and accommodations

Provide direct therapy and consult with teachers, aides, and families

Maintain documentation in compliance with IDEA and state regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning

Promote independence and participation in school routines and environments

What We're Looking For Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current state OT licensure

Experience working with children or adolescents in school-based or pediatric settings

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Understanding of IDEA, IEP process, and best practices in school-based OT

Passion for working with diverse learners and inclusive education
