We're currently looking for a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to students throughout Alabama. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your own home using our cutting-edge teletherapy platform. As part of a collaborative team, you'll work alongside educators, families, and school staff to help students thrive both academically and socially. Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement personalized IEPs that align with student goals. Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions online. Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support progress. Track and document student outcomes, modifying plans as needed. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clinical insight and recommendations. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Alabama SLP license. ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required. Two or more years of school-based experience preferred. Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Tech Requirements Stable, high-speed internet connection. Compatible desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported). Ability to complete and pass a technical screening to verify system compatibility. How to Apply
