We're seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist who thrives in remote environments and is committed to innovative service delivery methods. Role Description This remote position offers 37-37.5 hours per week serving a diverse caseload of 43-53 students ranging from early childhood through high school programs. You'll provide specialized interventions for students with articulation difficulties, language comprehension challenges, fluency disorders, and voice quality concerns through our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. Essential Duties Your expertise will guide comprehensive speech and language program implementation including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, virtual therapy sessions, and progress documentation. Additional responsibilities encompass IEP team collaboration, family consultation and training, professional development participation, and adaptation of evidence-based practices for virtual delivery. Professional Standards Candidates must maintain valid Indiana Speech Language Pathologist licensure and hold current ASHA CCC-SLP certification. A Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is mandatory, accompanied by at least two years of experience providing services in school settings.
