Location: 374 Kroger Way, Versailles, KY 40383

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: Starting at $68,000 annual base

Incentives: potential for $10,000 sign on bonus and $4200 Student debt relief

Our KORT Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Outpatient pelvic health experience in the last 5 years
• Outpatient PH clinical rotation if a current student
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Herman and Wallace or APTA Pelvic Health Certification
