What You Can Expect Guaranteed weekly hours

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy to students in one-on-one and group settings
Collaborate with teachers parents and specialists to support student needs
Monitor progress and adjust therapy as necessary
Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input
Share speech and language strategies with school staff
Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid Pennsylvania SLP license
Educator certification in Speech-Language Pathology
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
