Position: Full-Time SLPA Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team and assist with providing speech and language therapy services. If you're passionate about helping students succeed and have experience in a school setting, we encourage you to apply! What You'll Do: Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) in evaluating and treating students' speech, language, and communication needs. Work with students individually and in groups to address communication goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive, effective communication plan. Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' educational plans.
