Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, M-F, every 5th weekend rotation
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• MA License
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Home health experience
• BLS
• EMR: Homecare Homebase
