Occupational Therapist

Evaluate, develop, and follow Plan of Care (POC) for patients. Perform ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities to improve patient functionality. Assess and recommend appropriate discharge dispositions. Treat patients across acuity levels (ICU to progressive care) with various diagnoses, including: Cardiac procedures (e.g., CABG) Stroke, TBI, joint replacements Fracture repairs, respiratory illnesses Neurological conditions (e.g., MS, Parkinson's) Collaborate with a 19-member inpatient acute care rehab team. Minimum 1 year of OT experience in an acute hospital setting. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Indiana State License NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) Preferred: Manual Therapy, Lymphedema Certifications/Licenses Experience with Cerner charting system preferred. Workdays: Monday - Friday and one weekend day per month during the contract. Scrub Color: Royal Blue with Black Shoes.
