Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team! As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assist students in improving their speech and language skills in an educational setting. If you're passionate about helping students reach their communication goals and thrive academically, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans as developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Conduct speech and language screenings as directed and document student progress.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on speech sound production, language development, fluency, voice, and communication strategies.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and challenges.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or equivalent credentials.
Prior experience working with students, especially in a school or clinical setting, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and school staff.
