Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract To Hire About the Role We are looking for a committed and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver remote therapy services to students throughout Oklahoma. This fully virtual position offers the flexibility to provide impactful speech and language support from your own home, utilizing our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to ensure students receive the tailored support they need to thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' speech and language needs Develop and implement customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals Provide engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions via teletherapy Partner with teachers, parents, and educational staff to promote student progress Monitor and document therapy outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert clinical guidance and recommendations Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Oklahoma state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required Preferably 2+ years of school-based experience Comfortable with teletherapy technology and digital tools Excellent communication and teamwork skills Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Desktop or laptop computer compatible with teletherapy software (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) Successful completion of a technical screening to ensure platform compatibility How to Apply Ready to bring your expertise to a flexible, remote setting?
