Catholic Charities NH is a statewide non-profit organization providing mental health service both in person and via telehealth. We are looking for a Full Time licensed counselor to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Manchester Service location. We provide counseling services to individuals, couples and families, and other outreach services. Our clients come from all faiths and every walk of life and we are committed to serving every client with compassion and respect.
Essential job responsibilities
Provide mental-health counseling in a professional and ethical manner, including diagnosing, treatment planning and the application of research-approved interventions.
Maintain an active caseload in the Manchester Service Location.
Diligently complete psych/socials and case notes within 24 hours of session.
Participate in the creation of and execution of education sessions, blogs or support groups when available
Share in performing Intake duties as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services.
Respond to community crisis intervention needs as well as respond to clients requiring emergency coverage.
Network with community resources including: human service organizations, schools, clergy and local (Catholic) deanery parishes as directed by the Director of Mental Health Services.
RequirementsMasters Degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited educational program.
Fully licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Psychology and Mental Health practice.
1 year work experience in the field of social services.
