Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Remote Mental Health Therapist

Position : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Licensure : Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania

Pay : $75,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus potential

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST (40 hours per week)

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSW license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LCSWs to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic . In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans

• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources

• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania required

• Proven experience in therapy , with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in this setting

• Full-time availability ( 40 hours per week) during EST hours.

• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
