We're seeking Independent Contractor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to partner with a school district in El Paso that is actively refocusing its mission and investing in leadership, equity, and whole-child success.

What You'll Do:
Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
Support implementation of IEP-based goals through school-based interventions
Assist with data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring
Collaborate with educators and school-based teams to support functional student outcomes
Promote student independence in fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, and classroom participation
