**Job Details:**

+ 45 minute 1:1 treatment session

+ Comprehensive shared medical record and care coordination with referring providers

+ Current Washington state license

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

+ Certification in Physical Therapy

+ Current Washington state license

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist

+ Outpatient experience with Adult population

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
