Pediatric School Speech Therapist - Worcester, Massachusetts

A full-time licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an elementary school setting located in Worcester, MA. This contract role covers the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, from August 26 through the end of October, to provide maternity leave coverage for the current SLP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in an elementary school environment
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support individualized student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Adapt therapy approaches for teletherapy as needed
• Manage caseload responsibilities to be discussed during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) licensure required
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy services is desirable
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is acceptable
• Commitment to full-time hours for the duration of the contract
• Preference given to fully licensed SLPs over Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
