PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Ortho/Oncology
Salary Range: Highly Competitive! - Salary Range: $80,000 to $115,000 annually + $7,200 Loss Rate Bonus + Benefits. Individual salaries are dependent on experience and job-related factors.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist with a passion for Orthopedic and Oncology Rehabilitation to join our interdisciplinary team. Our oncology physical therapists' caseload will consist of both oncology rehabilitation and general orthopedic populations. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in working with patients at various stages of cancer treatment and survivorship. This role is integral in helping patients manage the physical effects of cancer and its treatments, improving their function, mobility, and quality of life.
Hours are Monday - Friday 4x10s or 5x8s between 7:20 AM - 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans for oncology patients.
- Address cancer-related impairments such as fatigue, lymphedema, neuropathy, weakness, and mobility limitations.
- Collaborate with oncology care teams, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to support holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on self-management strategies and home exercises.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices in oncology rehabilitation and contribute to program development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Preferred: Experience in oncology rehabilitation or certification such as PORi, APTA Board-Certified Oncologic Clinical Specialist, or Lymphology certification (CLT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.
Preferred Experience
- Working with patients during chemotherapy, radiation, post-surgical recovery, or palliative care.
- Experience treating lymphedema, balance disorders, or cancer-related fatigue.
