Pay: **\$22.36/hour; \$3,000 sign-on bonus**; incentive pay\

Schedule: MF, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (with rotating on-call)\

**What Youll Be Doing:**

- Support individuals with **severe and persistent mental illness**

and emotionally disturbed youth in reaching their personal goals.

- Help create and carry out **personalized treatment plans** with

patients and their families.

- **Traveling** across our 20-county catchment area as needed

**(center vehicle provided)**.

- Lead or assist in **life-enriching group activities** and

skill-building sessions.

- Advocate for patients, connecting them with vital **community

resources and services**.

- Keep records updated and accurate to ensure great care and

compliance.

- Share in **on-call support duties** with a rotating team schedule.

**Who Were Looking For:**

- **Experience counts!** We accept **equivalent work experience in

human services** (teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.) or a BA/BS degree.

One year of related work = one year of college.

- Great with people**strong communication and empathy** are a must.

- Comfortable in a variety of human service settings.

- Able to pass background checks (KBI, child/adult abuse registry,

motor vehicle screens).

- Able to pass drug screen & be subject to a random drug testing pool.
