Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist 2\n\nMon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm\n\nMust have acute care and outpatient experience. Will work one weekend per month. Qualifications: B.S. (or higher) in Occupational Therapy, NYS licensure or eligible and 2 year of experience required.\nMust successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.\nDuties: Administer Occupational Therapy as prescribed by a physician; detennine specific\ngoals for patient treatment through evaluation and consultation with health care professionals, patients\n& families; process record keeping & related reports; attend designated clinics, rounds and conferences\nrendering patient information; interact with patient families; maintain equipment and supplies; may\nparticipate in educational programs for staff.
