Hiring: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time Position South Holland, IL

A school district in South Holland, Illinois is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position. This opportunity allows you to work directly with students across grade levels who require communication and language support to succeed in school.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will provide direct therapy, evaluations, and collaborative services as part of a multidisciplinary team. You'll play a vital role in helping students meet their academic and social goals through improved communication.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with student needs

• Deliver speech-language therapy as outlined in IEPs

• Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation

• Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

• Provide strategies to support classroom communication carryover

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Illinois State Teaching License for SLPs (ISBE-issued)

• ASHA CCC-SLP credential

• Previous experience in school settings preferred

• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
