RN Patient Services Coordinator - Forest View (Per Diem/On Call)

This is a per diem/on call position.

**Patient Services Coordinator RN - Forest View**

Supervises, directs, and provides services to patients to maintain the greatest level of functioning, independence, and recovery. Is a resource person for Patient Guides (PG's) and assist's them with their duties as needed. Completes health monitoring and coordination of patient services.

**Required qualifications:**

+ Graduate of an accredited approved School of Nursing

+ Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Alaska

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire

+ Strong assessment skills

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Prior experience in transitional and/or long term care.

**About Forest View**

Forest View is a short stay facility and is licensed by the State of Alaska as an Assisted Living Facility, located in Building S of the Providence Health Park on Piper Street. Forest View provides a rapid recovery environment for patients requiring a variety of nursing and physical therapy services for a short period of time following their surgery at one of the local surgery centers in Anchorage.
