Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho/Oncology

Location: 401 15th St SE DeMotte IN 46310

Schedule: Monday-Friday two evenings per week

Compensation: starting at $76,000 annual base commensurate with experience

Incentives: potential for $5000 sign on bonus and student relief program

Our Demotte, IN Rush Physical Therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist to join our team. Caseload will be a mix of ortho and oncology. • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
• CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
