Travel Allied - Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist I

Shift : Days / 8a-5p, 85, 40 hours per week, M-F, weekend rotation

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• IN is part of the PT compact privilege states
• Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that state
• the employee is assigned to work by the Company
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience
• Home Health experience
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• BLS
• EMR: HCHB pointcare
