Experience Required: Prior school-based experience

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to support an elementary caseload near Alton, NH . This position begins as a short-term summer assignment and transitions into a full-time role for the 20252026 school year. Ideal for clinicians looking for continuity, this role allows you to establish relationships and routines early.

• Provide individualized and group therapy to elementary students

• Conduct assessments, implement goals, and develop treatment plans

• Recommend classroom modifications and adaptive tools

• Collaborate closely with special education staff and families

• Maintain documentation and contribute to IEPs and team meetings

• Active New Hampshire OT License

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Previous school-based experience required

• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt to both short- and long-term educational needs
