Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based position in Illinois. This is a contract opportunity for the current school year, offering consistent hours and a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time: 3037.5 hours per week (based on district needs)

• School-based setting, K12 student caseload

• Responsibilities include assessments, direct therapy services, progress tracking, and IEP documentation

• Collaboration with teachers, school staff, and families

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
