Position Summary

Were currently searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students across Idaho. This fully remote opportunity lets you work from home while making a powerful impact on children's academic and social growth. With our teletherapy platform at your fingertips, you'll help guide students toward achieving their communication goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform virtual assessments to identify each students unique communication needs.

  • Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) to help students progress toward their goals.

  • Provide interactive teletherapy sessions individually or in small groups.

  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to track progress and celebrate achievements.

  • Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans to reflect ongoing progress and needs.

  • Take part in IEP meetings and provide your expertise to help shape future plans.

What Were Looking For

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Valid Idaho Speech-Language Pathologist license.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

  • At least two years of school-based experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with technology and confidence delivering services remotely.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities.

  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

  • A desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).

  • Successful completion of a brief technical check to assure compatibility with our platform.
