Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Elementary Gilroy, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services at a single elementary school site in Gilroy, CA for the 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with a variety of communication needs and collaborate with a team of educators and support staff.

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students

• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Communicate regularly with families and school staff

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• California SLP License (or eligibility)

• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, CFs welcome to apply
