Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech?Language Pathologist to support elementary students in reaching their full communicative potential. The SLP will provide services to students with a variety of speech and language needs, working closely with educators and families to support academic success and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings.

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders.

  • Write and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals.

  • Participate in eligibility and evaluation processes in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

  • Support general education teachers and staff with strategies for inclusive communication access.

  • Maintain compliance with documentation, timelines, and professional standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech?Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

  • Valid Washington State SLP license (or eligibility) from the WA Department of Health.

  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification from the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), or eligibility to obtain.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in the treatment of speech and language disorders.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
