Receptionist/Pt Reg Rep (FT) Physical Therapy & Rehab Marshalltown 2025-085

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Receptionist/Patient Registration Rep for its Marshalltown office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: maintaining reception desk activities, including greeting, scheduling, and instructing of patients and visitors in accordance with McFarland Clinics Core Values and Promise.

Education

+ High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.

Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:30AM-6PM

Wednesday 7:00AM-11:00AM

Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Experience

+ Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.

+ Keyboard and computer experience.

+ Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment.

+ Receptionist experience preferred, but not required.

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
