This remote Speech Language Pathologist position focuses on delivering high-quality virtual therapy services to students with communication needs. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork in digital educational environments.

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations via teletherapy platforms
• Design individualized treatment plans addressing diverse communication disorders
• Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions using interactive digital tools
• Collaborate with educational teams to support IEP goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapeutic interventions
• Communicate regularly with families and school personnel regarding student development
• Stay current with best practices in virtual speech therapy delivery

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (current and active)
• Valid Ohio state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
• Minimum 2 years of school-based practice experience
• Demonstrated competency in teletherapy service delivery
• Strong background in pediatric communication disorders
• Proficiency with digital therapy tools and platforms

• Expertise in speech sound disorders and language development
• Experience with social communication and pragmatic language intervention
• Knowledge of assistive technology and communication devices
• Ability to modify interventions for virtual learning environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
