**Type:** Permanent Hire
**Schedule:** Monday Friday, 8am to 5pm
**Pay:** $90,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience with sign on bonus!
**Job Description:**
The Pediatric PT will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children with a variety of developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You will develop and implement therapy plans, facilitate exercises and activities, and assist children in achieving their developmental milestones.
**Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:**
Utilize your expertise to address balance, coordination, and gross motor skill challenges in children within a clinic setting.
Conduct evaluations, set achievable goals, administer treatments, and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).
Comfortably navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Opportunity for comprehensive training.
Educate and instruct caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs to support ongoing progress.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and patient records.
**Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:**
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact compassionately and effectively with children and families.
Knowledge of pediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental milestones.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting the well-being of pediatric patients.
