Job Description:
What Youll Do:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that support each childs growth and mobility goals.
- Provide engaging, developmental activities based on the children where they are.
- Partner with families and caregivers, offering education and tools to carry therapy into daily routines.
- Collaborate with early intervention programs and care teams across disciplines.
- Offer input on discharge planning, adaptive equipment, and long-term strategies.

What You Bring:
- Current Maine State Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
- BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for working with children and families and a thoughtful, strengths-based approach to care.
- Experience with young children and/or neurodevelopmental care is a plus, but not required.
