OT - Rehab/SNF/Acute needed asap for 13 weeksShift: M-F 8AM-4:30PM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: 8 (require one weekend shift a month) Saturday & Sunday Float Requirements: Ability to float to our Gilbert location (15min away) if needed due to census.Years of Experience: 2-3 yearsMust Have Skills/Experience: Adult, SNF/IRF/AcuteEquipment: In-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and VR EHR: UDS and CernerPatient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Adults Scrub Color: Maroon Parking: Any 3rd row parking spot if in the front of the build, any parking spot if on the side of the building.
