Physical Therapist Fulltime Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and compassionate PT to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient care, providing comprehensive treatment to a diverse patient population. As a key contributor to patient recovery and wellness, you'll work alongside skilled healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative hospital-based environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific functional needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy using techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities for both inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies to prevent further injury or setbacks.
  • Promote mobility, independence, and wellness through proactive and compassionate rehabilitative care.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Iowa (or eligible for licensure)
  • Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
