Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the developmental needs of K2 students.
- Design and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families.
- Supervise and mentor a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress and therapy services.
- Collaborate with school staff to support inclusive educational practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license, with Louisiana OT licensure preferred or eligibility to obtain Illinois licensure.
- Experience working with early elementary-aged children (K2) in a school-based setting.
- Proven ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with COTAs.
