Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with the Bismarck Public School District in North Dakota to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the current school year. This on-site position supports students across elementary and middle school settings to improve communication and language outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations for speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)

• Provide therapy in 1:1 and small group sessions

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid North Dakota SLP license or CCC-SLP

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
