Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite physical therapy services tailored to early childhood students, supporting their motor skills and functional mobility.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students individualized needs.
- Monitor and document progress, communicating regularly with families and school personnel.
- Participate in professional development and clinical mentorship programs to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within an educational environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
