School-Based Physical Therapist - Brockton, MA

Caseload: Students in PreK through 2nd grade

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite physical therapy services tailored to early childhood students, supporting their motor skills and functional mobility.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students individualized needs.
• Monitor and document progress, communicating regularly with families and school personnel.
• Participate in professional development and clinical mentorship programs to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within an educational environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
