Physical Therapist Part-Time Peabody, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist for a part-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Peabody, Massachusetts . This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the physical development and independence of K-12 students in an engaging and collaborative school environment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students gross motor skills, mobility, balance, and physical functioning within the educational setting

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans that align with each students IEP goals

• Deliver direct therapy services and modify interventions based on ongoing progress and student needs

• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student success across all settings

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings, offering clinical insight on motor development and functional support strategies

• Provide training to staff on safe movement techniques, adaptive equipment use, and physical accommodations

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred

• Strong understanding of IEP processes, special education laws, and therapy documentation requirements

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Passion for working with students of all backgrounds in an inclusive educational environment
