School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed
Location: Near Delmar, MD

A local school district near Delmar, MD is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative educational team. This part-time position offers flexibility, benefits, and the opportunity to help students improve communication skills that support their success in the classroom and beyond.

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers to promote student communication access

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

• Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and state guidelines

• Support staff with strategies for communication, and classroom integration

• Schedule: Part-Time, 34 days per week

• Caseload: Approximately 3040 students

• Requirements: Maryland SLP License

• Start Date: New School Year (NSY)
