A local school district near Parkville, MD is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their collaborative team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with K12 students with diverse communication needs, within a supportive environment that values flexibility and professional growth.

• Develop and implement tailored IEP goals for students with speech and language challenges

• Provide therapy services in individual, small group, and classroom settings

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student communication and participation

• Maintain accurate documentation and data in accordance with district and state requirements

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress and planning

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Caseload: Students Pre-K through 21 years old, with mild to severe disabilities

• Licensure: Maryland SLP Certification and ASHA Certification required

• Start Date: Beginning of the New School Year
